1. Your space will be secured when you received the JOYCE email confirmation.
2. Tickets is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, other products or services.
3. Once confirmed it is not possible to change or cancel a workshop. All bookings are non-refundable.
4. Workshop(s) will be cancelled or rescheduled to another agreed date(s) from the moment when (i) the Hong Kong Observatory makes an announcement as to the estimated time when Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 will be in force and/or (ii) Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force/ (iii) the restrictions announced by the government on COVID-19.
5. Please contact our shop staff or send email to membership@joyce.com for any enquires.
6. JOYCE may wish to photograph or film the class and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us photographing or filming you and any persons attending the workshop with you.
7. The English version shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between English version and its Chinese translation.
8. In the event of a dispute, the decision from JOYCE shall be deemed final.
