• Use of the JOYCE Gift Card (“GC”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
• A GC is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and is non-refundable.
• Customers may redeem a GC in any JOYCE boutiques and JOYCE affiliated boutiques including Alexander Wang, Dries Van Noten and Thom Browne, excluding JOYCE Warehouse and JOYCE Beauty.
• Customers must present their GCs at the time of purchase.  All purchases made with a GC are non-refundable.
• Purchases will be deducted from a GC’s card value and when the balance reaches zero, the GC will become invalid and no longer be available for use.
• Any remaining GC balance will be cancelled upon the expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Customers can check the balance and expiry date of a GC instore.
• JOYCE membership reward points can be accrued for purchases made by a GC.
• JOYCE membership discounts are not applicable to purchases made by a GC.
• A GC may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purpose unless authorized by JOYCE in writing.
• Any return or exchange of goods purchased with a GC will be subject to JOYCE Return and Exchange Policy which may be accessed at this link.
• In case a GC is lost or stolen, JOYCE is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a GC.
• Joyce Boutique Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• LCJG Limited, the holding company of Joyce Boutique Limited, reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
