The exhibition highlights the know-how and technical excellence of the Atelier, which constantly reinvents itself by taking inspiration from new techniques, by creating its own tools. Pool and Atelier Francois Pouenat met in 2012 and this connection very quickly turned into a regular collaboration.
Francois Pouenat entrusted them with the identity of his catalog and his website, then the artistic direction of his collection project by asking them to invite new designers to join his world.

The Atelier

Coming from the Ecole des Compagnons du Devoir and the Tour de France, François Pouenat represents the fifth generation of blacksmiths who has been perpetuating the profession for more than 130 years.

As a living heritage company, the Atelier Francois Pouenat works on classified as historical monuments and with major Parisian and foreign decorators.
