JOYCE COLLABORATES WITH LANE CRAWFORD TO LAUNCH POP-UP SHOP IN STORE AND ONLINE
Founded in 1971, JOYCE has over four decades’ experience of nurturing and supporting outstanding fashion brands and designers from across the globe.
For the first time in the proud history of the establishment, JOYCE presents a selection of their pioneering brands to feature in sister store Lane Crawford. Brands to be included in the Lane Crawford ifc mall and Lanecrawford.com pop-up comprise of a curation of JOYCE’s most celebrated designers such as Juun J, Rick Owens, Yohji Yamamoto, Vetements, and Raf Simons. Other cutting-edge brands include Alyx, Ambush, Ann Demeulemeester, Aries, Courreges, Craig Green, Hyein Seo, J.W.Anderson, Jacquemus, Jil Sander, King and Undercover.
For the launch of this very special pop-up shop partnership, JOYCE has conducted a series of interviews as an introduction to those who make up the JOYCE family. Entitled ‘No Man is an Island’ these are the minds and personalities of creators and talents that JOYCE both admires and relies upon.
Captured on camera and photographed in their own environments, the project seeks to demonstrate that no individual can stand alone. Just as within the Lane Crawford Joyce Group, coexistence, reliability and motivation from others is key to any success. The interviews delve deeper in to the relationships with those whom they depend on most of all: the people who made them who they are.
The JOYCE pop-up launches in Lane Crawford IFC on 2 August 2017, at which time the ‘No Man is an Island’ project will accompany the launch of the online pop-up shop on the same day at lanecrawford.com.
To celebrate the arrival of these exciting collections, Lane Crawford and JOYCE have invited celebrated Korean designer Juun.J to personally launch his AW17 collection at Lane Crawford ifc mall on September 5, 2017. The occasion will also debut his first and much anticipated womens collection.
