Dsquared2’s 2017 Ski Collection is defined by the brand’s design signatures of Canadian iconography, denim and modern shapes mixed with performance fabrics. From the slopes to après-ski, the men’s and women’s lineup is for skiing, snowboarding and days spent inside watching the snow fall. These are statement looks that glide right off the ski run to fireside in a mountain-top chalet.

Outerwear is executed especially for outside winter sports with technical finishes, and contemporary proportions. The hooded ski parka is constructed with a down puffer jacket on the interior for warmth and comfort, while the exterior in waterproof camouflage, military green, black, or the brand’s signature lumberjack red-and-black check—built with bonded zippers and multiple pockets. A bomber style jacket is cut slightly longer for men and cropped at the waist for women, its hood trimmed with fur. A new style, melding the worlds of sportswear and skiwear is found in the ski sweat jacket, a lightweight piece with ribbed cuffs that allows for maximum movement.

Looks are layered with a mix of slim cut pants and jumpsuits—some featuring Dsquared2 logo and maple leaf printed shoulder braces, wool knits with turtle necks or retro graphic designs in black, white and red and printed sweatshirts. Women’s pants feature high waists, ultra slim legs and contrast bonded seam pockets. A jumpsuit is cut with a strikingly feminine corset shape, high on the bust and nipped in at the waist.

Pushing denim into new functions, Dsquared2 created Ski Denim pieces for the collection by layering the stretch fabric with a waterproof interior, allowing it to handle any movement on or off slopes. Ski Denim’s superior performance qualities are matched with DSquared2’s distinct denim treatments: fading, patchwork, and acid washing in diverse styles of ski pants, and a men’s vest.

Dsquared2’s Ski collection is accented with accessories that feature iconic brand style geared for any weather: oversized goggles, high knit caps with zip detail, trapper caps with fur flaps and large fur hats. Gloves and gaiters are constructed in the same fabrics of the outerwear and pants. For women, striking long fur gloves and voluminous fur hats emphasize the lean silhouette.
