JOYCE gallery Paris is proud to showcase the exhibition Osez la Pause! (Take Time Off!) including 16 different designers from the fields of fashion, accessories and design. The exhibition is supported by The Village des Créateurs.
The Village des Créateurs, prime actor of creative industries, accompanies the economic development of 80 fashion and design brands in the Auvergne Rhone-Alps Region. It support includes professional meetings on entrepreneurship, communication and business services provided.
Based in Lyon, the Village des Créateurs is also a business incubator for 12 young entrepreneurs during a 2-year stay.
- 26 BUBBLE STREET
Created by Sandrine Charles-Messance, 26 Bubble Street is a contemporary jewelry brand made of Murano Glass and Bronze, inspired by nature. The stunning jewel creations of 26 Bubble Street invite a chic and exotic celebration of complete femininity.
- AMANDINE LEFORESTIER
Amandine Leforestier, winner of talent de mode 2013 competition, created her eponymous brand with the idea of designing protective envelope for the body, comfortable and aesthetic.
- ANAIS BETONNET
Close to the Japanese aesthetic, this designer draws striking ideas from uncluttered shapes and materials, with an equal attention on practicality and poetry.
- CONSTANT ET ZOE
Sarah Da Silva Gomes is a 26 year-old entrepreneur looking for positive impact. Influenced by her brother Constant, she wants to make ready-to-wear more accessible for disabled people with an “easy to put on” clothes collection.
Based in Lyon, Drawn publishes and edits some design pieces of furniture, thanks to Galatéa, its large scale 3d printer unique in France. Drawn offers batch production and limited edition of avant-garde designers’ pieces.
The company has produced an exceptional and innovative collection of micro-encapsulated textiles incorporating fleurs de Bach flowers that relax and soothe.
Created in 2013, the motto of the brand is to design an elegant and chic menswear line and yet contemporary.
- LE FEUILLET
Created by two brothers, Ylan and Davy Dahan, Le Feuillet introduces men's leather goods made in France. Their creations are distinguished by their interaction between Man and object with a singular idea of minimalism.
- LE LOUP
The mugs, cups and plates, are in sandstone with white and colored porcelain. The founder David Corraux revisits the utility and invites to reinvent everyday objects.
- MADEMOISELLE FABRIQUE
Founded in 2011 by Alexandra Fillon, Mademoiselle Fabrique is a customization furniture company.
- MARRON ROUGE
Founded by Jean Marc Attia, the designer produces bags, fashion accessories and small furniture made of recycled materials such as tires, inner tubes, safety belts and fire hoses. The manufacturing is done by NGO and social projects.
- MELANIE BUATOIS
Mélanie Buatois’s background in product design lead her to create the editing brand, Ch’ni. Her purpose is to accompany young designers in creating simple household objects that are useful and yet special.
- MYRTE KILIAN
Myrte Kilian is a Dutch textile designer, born in Amsterdam, graduated from the Royal Art Academy of The Hague. Favoring techniques such as silkscreen printing, embroidery and crochet, the designer likes to bring floral details in her creations.
- PLUG AND SEE
Vincent Rousseau diverted objects and created ROVT in 2015. Interested by technical and industrial technology pieces, he enjoys revealing beauty of objects in a different perspective and function.
- VERONIQUE DE SOULTRAIT
Passionate by braiding techniques, the designer Veronique Soultrait imagines and designs in her workshop subtle wall decorative creations.
